About Us

Charles acknowledged Jesus as Lord and Savior in 1972 due to the love of God shown by his Sunday School teacher, Helen Witte.  As a senior in high school, the Lord spoke to him in a dream and said, “I am calling you to teach My people.”  After attending 2 ½ years of secular college, he joined RHEMA Bible Training Center.  Upon graduating in May of 1979, he returned to Hondo, Texas, his hometown, where he started New Covenant Fellowship Church and faithfully pastored for over 28 years.  During his tenure there, he administrated a Christian school, taught in various Bible Schools and coordinated a 24/7 faith-based program in the Ney State Jail.

In 2007, a new pastor was set over New Covenant Fellowship and a new journey began for Charles & his wife, Michelle.  In March of 2008, Charles and Michelle went on their first missionary journey to Hungary, Romania and Ethiopia.  In 2009, he partnered with Dr. Mikal Baissa, the founder of Victory Bible College in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and Pastor Hanfere Aligaz of International Ethiopian Evangelical Church in Washington D.C. to help equip men and women for the ministry and establish schools and churches.

With over 38 years of experience in ministry, Charles has accumulated a wealth of truth and wisdom that uniquely equips him to train pastors, ministers and leaders.  In March of 2016, Pastor Charles, officially started Kingdom Come Church (KCC) in Addis Ababa.  Today, KCC is raising up soul winners, disciple makers, leaders and ministers of the Gospel to bring transformation to Ethiopia and wherever the Lord sends them.

Although Charles still travels to other nations as the Lord leads him, the primary focus of Kingdom Come Ministries has become Ethiopia for now.
